One of Newport Beach’s smallest and most beautifully tranquil communities is Bayshores. This guard gated neighborhood has over 250 single-family homes. Many people want to live in Bayshores because it is such a family-friendly community and away from crime and other issues that larger neighborhoods deal with. Although there are some restaurants and coastal businesses in the area, the majority of the buildings are homes.

People who live in Bayshores or visit the area have the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful views of Newport Harbor.
