Baytown is a city located in the gulf coast region of southeastern Harris County, Texas. It is the county’s third-largest city.

The town is known for its rich history and cultural heritage as it played a significant role in the battles of the Texas Revolution. It was the site of army tents and barracks and many notable war generals were the first residents of the area. Its historical properties continue to draw tourists from around the world.
