Boulevard Oaks is an affluent neighborhood that is among the oldest and most diverse in Houston.

Made up of about 21 distinct subdivisions, Boulevard Oaks lets residents enjoy its peaceful and old-world charm while also having the luxuries of easy access to cultural centers, business hubs, and upscale retail and dining options.

Wide streets lined with giant oak trees and mansions sitting on sprawling lots characterize the neighborhood. Many of the homes in the area are two-story brick houses, bungalows, and ranch-style houses that date back to the 1920s. Many of the properties here were designed by Houston’s renowned architects.

Boulevard Oaks’ homes feature a wide array of architectural designs – from old and traditional to Tudor Revival, Georgian, Spanish, French, Italian, and Mediterranean influences. About 38% of adults in the area have a graduate degree and about 33% have a bachelor’s degree.

Public schools serving Boulevard Oaks are under the jurisdiction of the Houston Independent School District.
