Glen Cove is among the most luxurious and exclusive neighborhoods located on the eastern side of Memorial Park in Houston. The neighborhood follows strict deed restrictions that are enforced by the Glen Cove Civic Club. The affluent community is well-known for its huge trees, wooded and shady streets, and expansive lavish estates.

Homes in the neighborhood are a good mix of old, traditional bungalow-style houses and modern, contemporary homes with French and Meditteranean influences. Most of the area’s original homes are being replaced by expansive mansions.

The most affluent properties in the area sit on sprawling lots with sizes that range from 6,000 to more than 40,000 square feet. These feature modern amenities to preserve the community’s luxury appeal. There are also a number of waterfront homes in the area that feature picturesque views of the Buffalo Bayou and a bird sanctuary.
