Harbor View Hills is a non-gated community that is within the Corona del Mar area. This neighborhood is full of such history and great activities that both residents and visitors can enjoy. People who enjoy art can go to some of the art and horticultural museums near the Harbor View Hills neighborhood area. Also, this neighborhood has great public and private schools.

Harbor View Hills consists of residents full of individuals and families that value high-quality living and sophisticated class. People are surrounded by elegant single-family homes of different styles and architectures. It is nearby prestigious country clubs, fashion-forward shopping spots, beach resorts, and more.

There are over 22,000 students enrolled in 32 schools. This community does not have apartments, townhomes, or condominiums. Harbor View Hills only has single-family homes and estates to rent and to own. There are a few homes in the area that are considered newly constructed.
