Both local public and private schools are well-rated and plentiful in the area, which is a main feature that attracts young families to this neighborhood.

This neighborhood also has a sizable number of college students and young professionals living within its borders. The local housing market contains high value properties, and a large portion of housing options in Montclair Place are newly built residences with only a few years under their belts.
