The closest public schools to Southampton are Poe Elementary, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School. However, the well-known private institutions of Episcopal High School and Post Oak High School are also nearby.

House prices are expected to continue to rise steadily as the surrounding neighborhoods continue to be home to some of Houston’s top attractions.
