Sneak PreviewSM allows First Team agents to introduce their upcoming listings to other agents in the brokerage as they are preparing the home for sale. Once the home is ready to be listed, First Looks allows an agent to present the listing to other First Team agents 3 days before it hits the MLS. Both systems give my clients the competitive edge to see what is coming to the market before it is introduced to the general public.
