Memorial is an expansive, affluent neighborhood located west of downtown Houston. The large area is home to many of Houston’s most desirable and wealthiest communities.

With a population of over 45,000, Memorial lets residents enjoy tree-lined streets and picture-perfect parks while also giving convenient access to luxurious city amenities like key business hubs and upscale dining and shopping destinations.

A wide variety of architecture styles characterizes homes in the neighborhood – from the traditional ranch and cottage-style houses to upscale contemporary homes with Mediterranean influences.

The majority of schools serving Memorial are under the jurisdiction of the Spring Branch Independent School District. Other homes are zoned to the Houston Independent School District.

The Spring Branch ISD manages 50 schools serving more than 35,000 students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
