Balboa Beach Company and Fresh Produce are small clothing stores that sell coastal clothing. Fashion Island is near The Cove. It is a large open shopping center that has high-end as well as affordable men and women retail stores. Also, Bayside Cove has an amazing public school district and several stellar private schools in the area.

This small bayside area has some of the most wealthiest residents in Newport Beach. The people value elegance and convenience. Ensign Intermediate School at 2000 Cliff Drive: Ensign Intermediate School serves students in seventh and eighth grade. This school is minutes away from The Cove, making the drive to school quick and easy. Ensign is a great school for middle/junior high school students because they have the chance to grow and build positive friendships with peers and staff members. Students can participate in the many extracurricular activities and programs that include sports and clubs. Orchestra, choir, art, and robotics are just a few of the many options. Students are required to take world language courses and can choose between French or Spanish, which broadens their minds. Corona del Mar Middle School at 2985 Bear Street: As the Corona del Mar neighborhood is near Bayside Cove, some students in grades seventh and eighth attend Corona del Mar Middle School. This school has strict requirements about students and their grades.
