Granville is a small and sophisticated neighborhood in Newport Beach. This community is guard gated and exclusive to residents and invited guests only. Despite the small amount of residents that live in the area, Granville is still a desirable community to live in. It is only minutes away from Newport Beach’s most premier shopping center Fashion Island, which has everything from grocery stores to upscale boutiques and shop to affordable retail spots.
Granville is also a couple of minutes away from the elegant and traditional Newport Beach Country Club where the elite and wealthy enjoy leisure time with one another.
